History and Foundation
The winery’s premises date back to 1901, preserving an invaluable historical legacy. In 2013, Hugo Martino brought on the renowned Italian winemaker Attilio Pagli as an advisor, marking a turning point. In 2015, Martino Wines expanded and modernized its facilities, establishing itself as a benchmark in the region by combining century-old tradition with oenological innovation and sustainability.
Architectural Details
The winery is a living architectural testament to the era of its founding. It preserves its original structure with thick adobe walls, and cane and mud roofs, typical elements of Mendoza constructions from the early 20th century. This rustic and historical aesthetic contrasts and coexists perfectly with the state-of-the-art equipment installed inside and with its warm glass-enclosed restaurant.
